Otto Otepka
Otto F. Otepka (May 6, 1915 – March 20, 2010〔Nicholas Feliciano, ''Cape Coral Daily Breeze'', March 22, 2010, (Otto F. Otepka )〕) was a Deputy Director of the United States State Department's Office of Security in the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was fired as the State Department's chief security evaluations officer on November 5, 1963;〔C. P.
